When a customer requests a return in ReturnGO, Peoplevox is automatically updated with the details, allowing the warehouse staff to prepare for the incoming returned items. Once the items are received, Peoplevox sends the reporting of returned item inspection results back to ReturnGO, so that the refund or exchange can be processed seamlessly.
