What is the benefit?
Having your Shopify store or stores integrated with your warehouse management system is crucial. It means the sales you make online are immediately transferred into the warehouse to be fulfillled. It also means your available inventory is represented accurately on your webstore, to avoid over or under selling.
How does the data flow?
Sales, dispatch, inventory, product and returns data pass between Shopify and Peoplevox via API integration. You can see this mapped out in the diagram to the left.

We’re flexible. We have a range of trusted partners, who can offer simple connectors through to bespoke integrations. Or, you can bring in your own team to work with our open API.
How much does it cost?
Shopify and Peoplevox are SaaS platforms with monthly subscription pricing models. The bigger your business and the more users you need, the more it will cost. Some of our middleware partners follow the same model, with a consistent monthly fee. Others charge based on order volume: the more data you process across the stack, the more they charge.
Most enterprise-ready solutions will also be subject to an implementation or set-up fee, ensuring you’re building the foundations for serious growth.

When a sale is made in Shopify, the order is synced into Peoplevox and becomes available to pick and pack.
Peoplevox will send back carrier details and tracking information to Shopify when an order has been dispatched, to keep customers updated.
Inventory and stock adjustments
Shopify is provided a real-time view of available inventory as items are added, restocked, quarantined, allocated and picked in Peoplevox.
Information including name, SKU and description appears in Peoplevox exactly as it was input into Shopify.
