Last month we announced that we’d undertaken a project to overhaul our user guides and product documentation. Today we are happy to say that this project has reached a major milestone, as the new documentation is now live.
Taking on board valuable feedback from the Peoplevox community, we committed to whole-scale improvements on the previous knowledge base. Thanks to a format change, completely re-written content and a fresh new look, we hope the new Peoplevox guides will make learning about the product easier and quicker than ever.
Key new features to look out for:
- New ‘Set-up' and ‘Configuration’ articles: Overhauled, up-to-date, and re-written into article format.
- New ‘User Guide’: Searchable and comprehensive articles replace clunky embedded slides.
- Succinct content: The overall volume of articles has been significantly reduced, to make searching easier, and to reduce clicking around time.
- Remodelled layout: A new theme, featuring a navigation index, provides an overview of all the content in its logical order. Jump from one article to another with one click.
This has been a great step forward for the team, with user feedback at the heart of the project. Please do continue to let us know your thoughts on the documentation, and what more we could do to make your Peoplevox experience as constructive and easy as possible.
Looking forward, by the end of the year, we are aiming to complete further sections on Integrations, as well as our API guide for developers.
