How Peoplevox’s NetSuite integration helps ecommerce sellers
Warehouse teams need fast, reliable processes for receiving, picking, packing and shipping. Peoplevox uses mobile scanning and configurable workflows to guide that work, replacing paper-based processes and reducing reliance on tribal knowledge.
When order volume increases, teams can choose from different picking methods, validate items with barcode scans and record stock movements as they happen. This helps maintain accuracy while giving new and temporary staff a clear process to follow.
This gives warehouse teams a structured way to handle higher order volumes while maintaining inventory accuracy and fulfillment control.
Additional capabilities
Flexible pick, pack and ship workflows
Choose from nine configurable picking methods to handle changing order volumes. Scan-to-ship, quick ship and instant unpick workflows help teams keep orders moving while barcode validation supports accurate fulfillment.
Accurate receiving and putaway
Receive against purchase orders or handle non-PO deliveries when needed. Barcode validation, carton-level receiving, print-on-receipt and staging areas help maintain inventory accuracy from the moment stock enters the warehouse.
Real-time stock control and reporting
Track inventory across bins and locations and keep a traceable record of stock movements. Live dashboards show metrics such as orders picked and shipped per hour, outstanding orders and expected versus received goods-in, helping teams spot delays and adjust sooner.

Peoplevox–NetSuite integration FAQs
How does Peoplevox integrate with NetSuite?
Peoplevox connects to NetSuite through a prebuilt connector. NetSuite sends orders and supporting data to Peoplevox for warehouse execution, while Peoplevox sends relevant inventory, receipt, fulfillment and shipment updates back to NetSuite.
What data can NetSuite send to Peoplevox?
The standard flow includes sales orders, transfer orders, purchase orders, customer information, item master data, item reference data and other configured reference data.
Sales order information can include new orders, updates, cancellations and holds.
What does Peoplevox send back to NetSuite?
Peoplevox can send inventory updates, purchase and transfer order receipts, sales order fulfillments, shipment confirmations and relevant fulfillment or order status updates back to NetSuite. Shipment confirmations can include tracking numbers and carrier details.
Can Peoplevox process NetSuite purchase orders and transfer orders?
Yes. Purchase orders and transfer orders can be sent from NetSuite to Peoplevox for warehouse processing. When inventory is received, the corresponding received quantities can be sent back to NetSuite.
How does the integration handle inventory?
Peoplevox records warehouse inventory activity and sends relevant inventory updates back to NetSuite. These can include on-hand quantities, adjustments, transfers and non-PO receipts.
Where are warehouse locations and bins managed?
Warehouse locations and bin setup are managed in Peoplevox and are not sent from NetSuite as part of the standard integration flow. According to the integration setup shown, bins are typically disabled in NetSuite.
Does all warehouse activity get sent to NetSuite?
No. The integration sends specific warehouse transactions back to NetSuite rather than the full Peoplevox activity history. License plate number (LPN) information, lot/batch information and general warehouse activity and transaction history are not included in the standard flow shown.
