Kicking us off after a caffeine hit, Clifton Vaughan, CEO and Founder of Natural Baby Shower, talked us through the business he set up with his wife over 10 years ago: how it started, the challenges and obstacles they have encountered over the way, and the extraordinary growth journey he has been on with the brand.
