Based on their personal knowledge of the warehouse, a team of 12 pickers would go through the aisles searching for items,\u201d said Grant Kiefaber, in charge of Special Projects at State &amp; Liberty. \u201cEven though we\u2019re a much bigger company now, four people with barcode scanners do all of our picking in the first two hours of the day with Descartes Peoplevox.
